NEVER OWNED A PANEL SAW GREAT FOR MY SIZE SHOPACCURATEGOOD PRICE
A great product but at $1200 I find it a little cheap not to include the two wheels.Talk about nickel and diming you.
Well made. Solid. Easy to use. Comfortable and fast to use. Looks good. Highly recommended.
The first one got damaged in delivery. I had a project involving t-111 and oak plywood (brooder boxes) and went right to work. First of all, what a tool. It came about 10 days later in great shape. I know there are less expensive ones (and plenty of more expensive ones) out there but it is a Milwaukee with a Milwaukee Saw Motor. It was the Thursday before Good Friday and no one was around back east where the saw originated. and moves like a load bearing wall.).
I wish I had had one earlier. This is my 2nd panel saw from Milwaukee. Too easy. I called Milwaukee CPO here in California and they assured me the new saw would be on it's way ASAP and the old one would be picked up. I set it up in about an hour or so and installed a set of wheels (get the wheels this saw weighs over 150 lbs. I also have the extensions which I discovered I needed with 8' panels to stay accurate. A luxury for a small shop but a nice tool.Milwaukee 6480-20 15 Amp 8-Inch Complete Panel Saw System with 50-Inch Crosscut
Like all Milwaukee tools, this saw is simply the best. I wasn't sure I needed it, but I wouldn't give it up now for anything. It is as accurate as you are, and doesn't even take up as much space as one would think. For anyone who has ever cut a 4x8 sheet of plywood on a table saw, you NEED to get one of these. The only negative is that if you have it delivered, I recommend that you have at least two people to move it, it is pretty heavy. That being said though, it is very durable.
